Message	for the driver, about 3" for the passenger. To my surprise it really stiffened up the chassis. The FD seats are awesome, very light and go well with the Z's interior shapes. Looks like they belong there. I actually love the tweed, it's great when people ask me "who did your tweed" and then I reply, "Nissan..." It's in great shape, BARELY any wear on the center armrest, if it isn't broken... Thanks for your interest. Let me know if there is anything else. Rob
